There is little room to spare but if you are in the mood for takeout, and have patience to line up its definitely worth the wait at this first rate chocolate and elegant bakery.

Although well beyond my price range and I would probably never think of spending that much money on a cake I have to say it was one of the best cakes I have ever had. it was for my Godson and his mother had ordered it so the price shock was reduced by the pleasure of helping to celebrate his... A trip to Thomas Haas has always been a very special treat for our family. To make the trip down to the waterfront in North Vancouver is a lovely afternoon thing to do. Take the dog for a walk in the dog park while enjoying the most delicious chocolates you've ever had.

Everything here is awesome, from the chocolates and coffee to the sandwiches and the pastries. Parking can be a pain, but its worth it.

I think Thomas hass chocolate is everyone's secret addiction. My friends from over the sea & out of province even asked me to get for them. I love especially holiday season for Christmas bark tree, nice to put couple of them in the Christmas stockings! Aside from chocolate, love their beautiful cakes. It's so perfection (both creativity&quality). It is remind... More

Super little place which prides itself on selling both excellent chocolate and excellent coffee. They make their own chocolate on premises and they get their coffee from Moja

For the second year in a row, my kids have ordered Thomas Haas chocolates for my birthday but they arrive frozen and old looking. Even after letting them warm up after several hours, things don't improve much and their wonderful flavours and artistry are ruined when shipped via FedEx. Worse still is that the Thomas Haas' email has been removed... More

I really wanted to enjoy Gretchen's here & now pastries a few blocks away, but for whatever reason the bakery was closed. Off to the next best bakery, Thomas Haas. I thought it was a good sign when there was a open parking spot I could easily pull into. It's a rare occurrence in front of this popular storefront. As... More

Thomas Haas - love the double baked almond croissant. Hate the small cramped noisy shop, and the long wait to be served. Hate the lack of parking. Hate the coffee.

Amazing presentation (look them up online and see), and multiple yummy choices. The reason I gave only 4 stars was they had trouble finding my online order when I arrived for pick up, but given the huge line and the amount of orders, I am just happy they found it. I recommend for Christmas Dessert!!
