Family run cozy cafe tucked in a corner of Pemberton Ave, North Van. If you are looking for a diner with home cooking for breakfast or brunch you will not be disappointed! I had the veggie omelet which was served with home make fried potatoes (absolutely delicious!) and generous slices of toast (there were several types of bread to choose... More

Clean, relaxed, good portions, good prices, and great service! Great start to our day! If you're looking for good hearty breakfast that's won't break the bank, in a diner setting, this is the place you want to check out.

This is my kind of place for breakfast. Large portions at low prices. Since our motel did not offer breakfast, we ate here & had a great breakfast before driving north to Jasper. Evidently they are popular with film crews.

Good size portions and great taste, busy place, no issues with parking, very reasonable prices. Food hot, coffee hot and refills available.

This place is old school, in the diner/greasy spoon style. There is a decent selection of food, which is basic but not in a bad way. They have old decorations and furnishings still up, and seem to have a good base of regular customers.

I often come here with co-workers before we start our day. Can't go wrong with the breakfast special. You get eggs, potatoes, toast, and your choice of meat. Great food at a great price!

This is the true greasy spoon that serves great food. The best is breakfast in my opinion. I have the bacon and eggs religiously here. Something about the food here that always keeps me coming back. Burgers are good too.

Rustic, and a respite for the odd movie shoot, the restaurant has a great breakfast at a good price. Open early so you can get a good start to the day. Still has an old rotary phone on the wall. You think you have dropped back into the 60's when you walk in. Stools at the counter and mis matched... More

My wife and I come here often, and it's a good place to tell people to meet you, because nobody knows about it, and whoever you're meeting, business type, college kid, etc., always begins with "wow, what a great place!" The menu is classic "greasy spoon" -- eggs, meats, toast, pancakes and more for breakfast (they even offer eggs benedict);... More

My kids and I love this place. Great family run diner. Food is not outstanding but the good old fare from days gone by. The milkshakes are fabulous though. Enough for 3 kids. The owners and employees are very nice. Very reasonably priced.
