No reservations but the great staff found us a spot even though they were full. Food was good high end pub style fare, much better than expected. The service was friendly and just perfect. The place was full but the service was smooth and efficient. The thing that makes the difference in these branded restaurants is the staff, and this... More

We've been here several times, with no issues. Today's experience was pretty average. The food was ok, but the service was sad. There must have been at least nine servers/hostesses on at the time we were there. After our meals arrived, we hardly saw our server, we had to ask someone else for salt and pepper, no one offered more... More

We had received a gift certificate and have recently moved to North Vancouver so tried the Cactus Club on Pemberton. An older place but obviously very popular. It isn't as big as some of the locations. We had been to see the Christmas lights at Capilano Canyon and stopped at Cactus Club about 5:30 - a good time to go.... More

The Cactus club chain of restaurants consistently serves up quality eats and drinks. My wife gets migraines from preservatives in food; however, she has yet to get a headache after eating at Cactus Club. The food is interesting and of good quality, as are the drinks.

This restaurant was mentioned in our CAA book, so we gave it a try on our first night in North Vancouver - easy to get to from our motel. Very happy with our choice ! The staff are very welcoming and efficient. We sat in the outdoor area, which was covered and heated by propane "lamps". Great for those damp... More

Love their summer smash special. Cool and refreshing drinks! Fusion like cuisine. Clever use of Asian docked in their burgers and etc. Happy to be there again!
