Its pretty good sushi for the North Shore. Recommend the rolls, the seafood salad and the lunch boxes.

Great food, super friendly staff. Great for lunch & dinner. Priced for the quality in a central North Van location, very popular & full at peak times.

We've come to this restaurant 3 times in the last month. It's probably one of the better sushi restaurants in north vancouver. The sushi is fresh. The dinner boxes have a lot of food, but a bit pricey ($21.95). We've also ordered items off the special menu, like the tako yaki, and the chicken katsu ramen. It's ok but the... More

After you've had fresh wild Alaskan salmon sashimi, there's no going back to farm raised salmon. Very fresh sashimi and courteous service. It's a favorite for locals and does get busy.

This was my first time try Hachi Hanna and it was great. I had Sockeye Salmon Sashimi and a Rainbow Roll. The ingredients were very fresh, food was tasty, good presentation and good portions. I would definitely go back. Service was also good.

My wife and I have probably been to this restaurant 50+ times in the last ten years. This is my first review. Our favourites are the 3 lunch boxes. We used to like the Hachi Hana Dinner For Two but it has long been changed to the Dinner for 2 (Lonsdale boat or the lobster dinner for 2). The miso... More

Elegantly prepared and tasty sushi, served by low-key but attentive staff. Great value, much superior to the sushi-in-a-hurry places that are all too common these days.

Good pricing but very average food sashimi slices are cut way too thick, had udon yakitori gyoza and grilled salmon belly.

I was surprised at the quality and quantity of the food at Hachi Hana....didn't expect it at all. My son lives in Calgary and every time he comes we walk over to this nice little restaurant to have a bite...and the food is so delicious. The staff are efficient and they use every chair possible to get you a seat... More

I love this place, whenever I have a chance to go to North Vancouver, I try to have lunch or better dinner at Hachi Hana. Although I am a sushi lover, I prefer to have freshly prepared sashimi (just plain sea food, no rice). This way one can really experience the perfect selection, freshness and quality of the sea food... More
