Had a very nice dinner after a long day of travel. Took advantage of happy hour which runs until 6pm M-F. The crabcakes were to die for. The meal was fantastic. I would highly recommend the Sable. When you make a reservation request a window seat or patio dining. The view of downtown Vancouver from across the bay is awesome.

This is the second time I've tried this restaurant hoping for improvement. I don't think anyone in our group thought it was good value for the prices they charge at dinner time. I chose the salmon sandwich with a side of salad. The piece of salmon was well-sized, but the sandwich quickly fell apart with the burger-style bun becoming soggy.... More

My husband and I were staying at the Pacific Gateway Hotel and as this is next door it was an easy choice. We were grateful that they fitted us in without a booking as there was a bus tour group booked in and they seemed very busy. The waitress "Yvonne" was excellent. Very attentive, friendly and informative from the menu... More

We booked a table in advance and when we arrived we were given a choice of inside or outside on the heated patio. We went for the patio and it was great. The service was amazing as was the food. The price was a little high but the quality made up for it.

We had booked our table from New Zealand and were not disappointed. The service was amazing as was the food and as they knew we were visitors we had a table overlooking the harbour and therefore a front row seat as the sun set. A truly memorable meal.

My wife phoned a day previous to reserve a window table to celebrate her being cancer free following lung surgery. She was told by staff that, if we could wait till 7:30, this was guaranteed. We were even provided with the table number. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived (after paying $8 for parking) that our, or any window table,... More

I've been to Pier 7 on three occasions now. The first time was with a group of 20, the second was with my daughter, and the last visit was on my own for a late night clam chowder. Each time the food was good and the prices were more than fair. However, it was the service that was second to... More

Nice location on the North Shore Vancouver with views of the Downtown Vancouver skyline and the local wildlife, seals and sea birds playing in Burrard Inlet. The food was local, fresh and cooked to perfection, it was served by very professional and friendly staff, price was reasonable, would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This place is hidden back behind the Tap & Barrel at the bottom of Lonsdale so I suspect it gets overlooked which is really a shame because I think it is one of the best restaurants in that area. The view is fantastic being right on the water with a perfect view of Vancouver's skyline. The food was terrific... both... More

Went to this restaurant thinking it would be a nice place to have dinner but it's a real tourist spot. The waiter forgot our drinks then brought the cocktails after we started dinner. Appetizer was gross it tasted like a super market friend crab cake. The halibut was dry and salty. Lesson learned never going back!
