The restaurant really needs no additional review. It is what you expect from a first class establishment. The staff are attentive but subtle; the food, each dish a piece of art. I will add, however, for my fellow American tourists, but the staff were wonderfully...More

We took the 42E Menu Gourmande., The Amuses and the Mise en Bouche were mind-blowingly good, as was the Filet de Cabillaud en Veloute de Petits Pois entree. Epaule d'Agneau de Quercy was OK for shoulder of lamb, but the dessert Pavlova was terrific. Too...More

If I was rating Le Gindreau on the food alone, it would be a 5. But when we're talking about a 2-star Michelin restaurant, we're talking about atmosphere and service as well as food, and for us, on this last visit, they just weren't up...More

From the aperitif on the terrace to the coffee afterwards everything was exceptional. Our evening was everything we expected and more. The owner was delightful, the staff completely professional and friendly. We had a truly memorable evening and the food and wine truly superb.

Returned to Le Gindreau for the first time after they had received their 2 stars. Had a great meal with my family, and must add that they really have stepped up their game. Even the Prices have not increased. A very good deal for the...More

We visited this 2 michelin star restaurant whilst staying in nearby Pagel. It certainly is well worth a visit. We had the taster menu with the fois gras course being a particular highlight. The quality was as high as one might expect. The service was...More

That's unfortunate but something we have never experienced. However, we are going there on Wednesday so I will post a review and see what happens with the bill.
