During the weekend stay I had to visit the restaurant twice. Thanks to the first surprise. Behind the modernist façade, there is hidden folk interior. The staff is nice, dressed in folk costumes and will be happy to advise you. As an appetizer you can try as simple as greasy bread with onion or pork jelly; you can continue with the soup inside the bread, and the main dishes attracted me the most "Pachov" balls - pottato dumplinks filled with meat, but baked ribs, tate well as well ; Good apetite and when I go by, I stop again

Nice and cozy Slovak restaurant

The restaurant has nice cottage vibe. The service is nice and during the week its not very full, however on the weekend the reservation is recommended. They have vegetarian options. You can choose meal and side and mix and match as you wish. Meal are made from scratch so it takes up to 45 minutes to be served.

The meal was average….it wasnt bad but nothing special….the portion of robs was the smallest I ever ate…….the service was little bit slow.

Terrible horrible experience Avoid this restaurant during weekend! The wait had no clue if they have free tables yet. We were sitting inside for dunno how long, the waitress ignored us. Then another patron asked if there is a free table, same answer, next: how long does it take to get the food - about 50 minutes!!! Why do they offer 30 dishes if they’re unable to bring it to you within reasonable time?! We just left, hungry and thirsty.

POOR SERVICE!!!

Service to slow. Not enough waiting on stuff. Never got served and people who came after us got served. Absolute joke. One of the worst services I've ever seen. Avoid this place.

Beautiful place with Slovak cuisine.

The best place in Trenčianske Teplice if you want to eat a normal European food. Waiters were super friendly and polite, food was cooked less than in 20 minutes. Beautiful interior design, amazingly delicious food. We were there for lunch and for dinner. Highly recommend if you want to eat Slovak cuisine.

Great traditional restaurant

This is a traditional Slovak restaurant, we stopped for a lunch and were really satosfied both with food and service. We had traditional slovak dumplings with sheep cheese, pork sirloin and fried smoked cheese. Everything was delicious, we really enjoyed it’

Favourite restaurant we found in Tencianske Teplice, we ate here 2 evenings during a long weekend

We were very happy with our 2 evenings we ate here, it is traditional Slovak cooking. I read in other reviews that it is a tourist trap, but I did not feel that, the prices seemed fine to me. All of the food we had was good, well cooked and nicely presented. The staff were all friendly, and sadly that does not seem to be normal for this part of Slovakia, in general I have found serving staff in restaurants and cafes to be grumpy and almost rude, but that was not the case in Dedinka, everyone seemed nice. Good selection of wines and Slovak beer too. Recommended.

Waiting for food for an hour in hot, poorly ventilated environment with two small kids. Nobody told us to take it so long. Food was average, but too pricy due to quality. Wifi not working, but kind staff. I advise you to keep away.

Nice place with nice food.

This place gives you nice atmosphere while lunch or dinner. Yesterday dinner was very good and if just personal could smile little bit I could give them 5 stars. Still tasty food and probably still best place in Trenciansky Teplice.

best Slovak food in this town

Not so many people, in my observations, cause the place is relatively pricey, in comparison to the rest in the area. Excellent service, really nice and quick. Awesome choice of national food. We really loved, we took soups and hot dishes, very nice. Good choice of wines, though those are quite expensive (in relative terms though, as per Slovak average, i'd say) Imho, design is a bit too much. Too many small details. But i guess people who are first time in Eastern Europe would probably like it
