We went to Il Fico in Naas For a birthday dinner. 3 children, 2 teens and 4 adults. We were greeted by very friendly staff at the door and we're shown to our table. The restaurant was very comfortable and there was plenty of room....the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The menu was exciting and left me trying to decide which dishes I would like to try. The portions were plenty big but not too big. The kids menu was really good. Overall we had a fantastic dinner and experience here and we will be back again.More
I went here with 3 colleagues after a long working day. There was a great selection of starters and mains and all the food was very tasty. The atmosphere is very strange though, there was the four of us guys and they turned down the...lights making the menu had to read but brought us a candle. All the three courses were very nice and the garlic bread with cheese starters were devoured. One of us had meatballs and he said it was very good. I'd Cabonara for the main with was nicely cooked and one of the lads had Lasagne which also was very nice. We'd ice cream for desert and it was very well presented. The service from our Swedish waitress was excellent and she was a good laugh. We'd return again and have recommended it to friends.More
great value Il Fico is excellant for family gettogethers as their menu has great choices to suit all, and its really good value
having had a lovely meal in IL Fico in Kilcullen we went for an evening meal in Naas. Early bird menu is excellent value however i find this restaurant very dark and cramped., you are nearly sitting in the laps of the people at the...table beside you.Food was very good however on the night we visited at 7:30 ish they had no lasagna left and when we went to order desert no tiramisu. No clever for an Italian Restaurant. Service was good and very friendly staff. If location were different i would highly recommend this won't be back again in a hurryMore
The al a carte meu is extensive and good value at €15.95 for 2 courses. The pizza is well worth a try and is big enough to share! The furnishings are very contempory and comfortable.
Really good food. Really tasty. Staff lovely. Nothing a problem. toilets REALLY good. Very clean. The early bird menu is very good value.
Went to Il Fico on New Years Eve. The service was messy in respect to them making mistakes with our starters and main course. However it was busy and it was New Years Eve so this possibly had some effect. In saying that the food,...atmosphere and venue were beautiful. One other buggy point is that in general they have a special for €19.95. On this night we were charged €40.00 for less options and worse service.More
Lovely setting, beautiful restaurant And pleasant atmosphere. Lovely selection of options and service was very prompt and staff very professional. Restaurant was quiet at the time so we were spoiled ! Early bird options should allow ample choice for everyone. 2 starters, two main courses,...shared desert, bottle of wine and coffees, all for eur65. Great treat!More
We were, I state were a regular of this resturant since it has opened. Celebrating many a happy occasion. We were so disappointed with the service and standard of the food on Saturday the 6th of September. Firstly, there was no beer other than Italian...been on draft which we were not advised that the price was over €4.00 for a half pint. The resturant was busy, our order was taken promptly and starter delivered without delay. The same cannot be said for other patrons - the couple beside us waited neraly 30 minutes for their order to be taken. There was a 40 min wait for our main course. The server arrived with our steaks - he didn't seem to realise that they were cooked to different specifications so had to go back to the kitchen and enquire off the chef. The steak was still put down in the wrong order. My husband now famished - tucked in with gusto not ralising he had my steak (well done) and I had the medium one. On realising the error we swapped over. The food was only lukewarm as the plates were cold. This was not a cheap meal - 2 starters, 2 mains, 1 glass wine, 2 half beers = €80.00. I left the returant feeling disappointed, hungry (I only had half a steak), and that I would have been better off staying at home and being €80.00 better off and cooking myselfMore
