Stayed for a couple of nights in july 2021, during pandemic, at the hotel as one of the stops for our Italy vacation. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and helped us set up some day trips and visits around the area. Room was...clean and cozy with good AC as well as modern amenities, even though it's located in an ancient building. Food is absolutely excellent, but unfortunately I would advise to get another wine than their own as it doesn't live up to the standard of the food.More

Antica Corte Pallavicina’s Michelin starred restaurant is a wonderful foodie trip in the land of culatello and their menu also comprises some favorites from earlier guests such as Anthony Bourdain and Robert De Niro. The only downside is that the tasting menus can only be...ordered for the whole table so many end up ordering off of the a la carte menu. Their own culatello aged between 26 and 42 months is definitely unmissable but the frog’s legs and the duck are also absolutely superb. A beautiful wine cellar also offers a great variety of wines to accompany the sunset dinner.More

It is a tad complicated to get there, but it is worth. The location is fantastic, the structure, the tasty refurbishing, the cellar tour (culatello, no wine!), the personnel and the chef’s innovative yet classic dishes are top! Can’t wait to get back. Thanks!

We stayed overnight in the Relais (Hote)l. Very friendly reception and wonderful, imaginatively decorated and elegant rooms. The location is ideal for travelling with a dog, as the grounds are extensive. As we had a serious amount of gourmet meals in the South of France, we...decided not to eat in the main restaurant, but in the Hosteria sel Maiale, located on the other side of the court yard, where we had an excellent meal. The Culatellö is just outstanding.A visit to the museum and to the basement where the hams are cured, is a must.More

Beautiful location, service, food, ambience, rooms. We stayed here for my partner's birthday in July and couldn't have been happier. The dinner one evening the courtyard was divine and then the 2nd evening on the restaurant veranda outside with the sunset was equally special. The...cured wild pig was obviously a speciality and it didn't disappoint. Well worth the stay and we would definitely return. Highly recommended!More

Beautiful dining room and impeccable service. The food is incredible. We ordered the 6 course The First Ten Years of History of Antica Corte Pallavicina paired with the outstanding local wines. Start to finish one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever enjoyed. Do not...hesitate to make reservations here.More

Having visited many Michelin starred restaurants in the world, this one is one of our favorites for many reasons. Firstly the price to quality is very honest. The meal we selected included three courses each, an amuse bouche, a bottle of wonderful sparkling wine and...a complimentary dessert for the table. Bread and grissini were all amazingly baked in house and of the most fragrant ingredients. We watched the chefs collect herbs and vegetables from the garden along with the other farm animals which would be used in their creative dishes. Our hosts and servers were very attentive (including providing me with a bench for my purse) they were kind and even humorous. We loved each dish and were stuffed by the time our desserts were plated. Our meal, just over 200 euros, was a complete bargain for the quality and quantity of food. Our highlight was the meeting of Massimo Spigaroli himself, who stopped by each table to check in and make sure our experience was perfect and expectations were met. Please, give this restaurant a chance, be sure to try the culatello appetizers, enjoy each morsel, savor each bite, stay the night and have a memorable experience as we did during our overnight stay.More

Amazing property with lots of history and charme. The tower room we had felt like a real castle, complete with openings to fire your gun to attacking marauders! Breakfast based on local pork in addition to the usual eggs and juices. Michelin starred restaurant definitely...worth the experience. Interesting and unique Museum of Culatello in the basement.More
