First time for me to eat here and I'm pretty sure it won't be the last. It's Filipino dishes that hits the spot when you want something "home cooked". Red sinigang is good and generous with its portion. One order is good for three people. Salpicao is tender and juicy.

Habitues of High Street are mostly millennials and generation X. These generations prefer international foods. However, Filipino baby boomers still like Filipino foods. So, Kabisera is for older generations who visit High Street, with their young grandchildren...

I ate here twice for lunch in my 4 day stay in Manila!! Food is delicious and plentiful. Staff are attentive and always accommodating so it was nice to always experience and have lunch here. Prices are a litle high but you do get what you pay for which in my opinion all worth it. Will visit again next time... More

Food was superb and service was really good, but while the interior was sleek and very modern looking, the stripped back design amplified the noise decibel level of all diners to a migraine-inducing degree. The restaurant also caters to big groups, so big groups of families + noise + resounding echoing chatter, clinking of silverware = HEADACHE. The old Kabisera... More

When ever in town i love to visit Kabisera. The Gising Gising is just so yummy and the staff is so friendly and helpful, can't believe it. It is one of our best liked in Manila.

The restaurant has a great interior design. The first part (upon entering Kabisera) is a smoking area. Of course there's a second area, which is air-conditioned for non-smokers. Foods here are pricey, but considering it's in BHS, that's already expected. Meanwhile, the foods are great! This is a good watering hole for sosyaleros.

It’s my second time to visit the restaurant and the experience is still great! Place: An upscale version of Dencio, cozy place and perfect for a happy meal! It could be a great avenue for meetings and other affairs. It has two floors and has a small function room at the second floor. It’s also a great place for chillin... More

I love the concept of Kabisera showcasing the Filipino street food as pica-pica. I love that the menu has just enough variety and not overwhelming with choices. The food is delicious and the service is fantastic! The decor is beautiful too.
