2/8,we went to go on boats for team building, however the rain stopped us, so instead of having dinner at harts boatyard, last minute change for lunch which the staff arranged, was not just a few but 26,the service was excellent and the food was...More

We had tickets for sandown evening racing with olly murs show to follow, worried about the prices within sandown park we chose this delightful pub on the Thames in surbiton to eat and what an excellent choice it was! Very picturesque, we sat within a...More

A regular place for us, either lunch or supper. Service is slower on a quiet evening; there were not many staff around on 30 July, perhaps due to the cycle race. Food is pretty wholesome. Their fruit crumble needs some work though. Tasted like some...More

Four of us had a great lunch overlooking a busy River Thames. All our dishes from the lunch menu were well received, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. We ranged across a burger, veggie pizza, fried chicken and a pie. ( Pie envy was evident...More

Taken to lunch on a Sunday and when we arrived the restaurant was packed. The waiters were all very friendly and the atmosphere was good and although we couldn't get a river view the table was spacious and well presented. The food was well priced...More

Arrived at this all day restaurant a bit late for lunch and rather too early for supper, but were welcomed and given a table overlooking the River. Service was quick and efficient. Food was delicious: one had hot, crisp fish and hand cut chips, two...More

Beautiful location and stunning views. On arrival visited Ladies' Toilet. Was disgusting. So disgusting it took my appetite away. I complained to a member of staff. On leaving the restaurant I paid another visit. Nothing had been done to improve the situation so I chose...More

Was chatting with several neighbours about Harts and all our opinions were the same - young staff, service generally slow and no-one really in charge to sort out any problems. Ok for a drink and food can be alright, but nothing exceptional. It relies on...More

Chilled atmosphere overlooking the Thames - away from the bustle of Kingston. Excellent food catering for all tastes. Why wouldn't you make the effort to walk there when the staff take such an interest in the beers and wines they serve?

The location is what this place has over anywhere else in the area, and it is lovely sitting by the river and watching the boats go by. The building is nicely converted and attractive throughout (although the toilets have seen better days). The food was...More
