We visited O'Donohue's on the coastal road from Fanore after spending the morning on Fanore beach. We were served various dishes which satisfied hungry palates. The outstanding dish was "Pan-Fried Fresh Cod " served with mussels, crab claws and prawns plus a bed of Mash...More

We enjoyed our meal, especially since they kept their kitchen open late just for us (the Rockyview Farmhouse called ahead for us, as we had arrived late and were famished). The fish and chips and the mussels were delectable.

The food and service was excellent. Local, "down home" atmosphere, and the fish and chips was DELICIOUS!

I ate there for the best part of a week while staying in the area. Very happy with all the food, but the oysters were the best I've tasted!

An unplanned visit to this pub for a quick bite to eat resulted in a pleasant experience with good food and good Irish music. The highlight was the seafood platter which was cooked to perfection. I would return again.
