I was staying for two weeks just up the road from Vasco in Fanor, and it was the end of season so they were only open on Saturdays and Sundays. It was gray, blustery, rainy day. Vasco's atmosphere is inviting and there was a fire...More

We were staying in the apartment above this restaurant and noticed the many Michelin and Trip Advisor stickers in the window; the sample menu also looked enticing. But at this time of the year (September), the restaurant is only open 11:30 to 4:30 on weekends,...More

The neighbouring pub was closed and we found this cafe open at noon. The menu is very interesting, and selection of homemade cakes impressive. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. It's definitely worth paying a visit.

With a bunch of friends on yoga retreat had a wonderful lunch at Vascos. Had the goat's cheese flatbread with rocket and baby vine tomatoes. Yum! Will definitely return.

An excellent stop on the Wild Atlantic Way beside the spectacular Burren limestone. The cakes are well worth the stop!
