This is a beautiful al fresco space in El Pescadero!! The menu is eclectic, mixing some Mexican standards with outstanding sushi experiments. There were four of us, and we got three appetizers to share--most notable were the amaranth leaf sushi and the insanely good "small crab rolls" with a habenero/mango sauce. Just outstanding. Service was a bit spotty. They brought... More

Wonderful, wonderful food. Always look forward to our visit, a must if you are in the area. Restaurant is well signposted and is just short of Todos Santos. Over the years it has been updated and now looks spectacular. Very imaginative food where we always allow the chef to choose for us.

Carlitos is a fantastic restaurant. We have eaten there many times and have always enjoyed it. It's a dining experience for sure. I highly recommend it.

Be aware if you go to Carlito's, Other's shared similar experiences with him. He may tell you to let him bring you sushi or sushimi without the menu. I never have been to Carlito's and this happened as we walked into the restaurant last sunday night. It was fairly quiet, ordered a bottle of wine, and he began serving one... More

Carlito is a master chef. Presentation of food is amazing. Everything is fresh and so delicious. Incredible to find this place in the small village of Pescadero. Beats the restaurants in Cabo.

Ok. It's not cheap but it's fantastically fresh and the entire experience is great. First went and ordered off the menu. All amazing. So chef/ owner Carlos offered to do a meal for us. We had a magnum of 40th anniversary champagne and he paired it great. It's hard to imagine how anyone could complain about the food, service... unless... More

We sat at the sushi bar as we wanted to look at what was in the case. We were greeted by Carlito, as he asked to make a suggestion. He didn't ask my wife or me what kind of things we enjoyed, he then put a clam shell filled with clams that were actually pretty tasty in front of us.... More

Had dinner there when we were visiting Cerritos. My favorite so far. The sushi was amazing. In fact, everything we ordered was really good. The service was great too. Love the two dogs that keep you company while you eat. Would definitely recommend.

Bill was $139 and the owner/chef gave me $30 change from $200. Top it off he wasn't giving me change until I asked for it. Great food but unfortunately he will not get my business again. Make sure you double check your bill and count your money!!
