The building is beautiful inside and out with a lovely garden area for outdoors dining. The owners are charming and the food is first class. It's a fantastic pit stop on the scenic route around Christchurch.

This cafe is very popular and in spite of changing staff, seems to maintain a good standard.we have lunched there a number of times and find it relaxed and predictable. Good coffee and good outdoor area. Easy to find, buggy and wheelchair accessible
Lovely and clean. Good clean loos. Friendly staff. Wonderful baking and plenty of choices. Magazines to read and we never felt rushed
