Pay attention to the photo I posted, it's now called the global village kafé, we walked pass it and had to ask locals who informed us that the previous business closed down. Haven't tried the food but the atmosphere when we walked was really nice and the staff welcoming.

This place has changedits name to global village kafe. Did not know and walked right by this place. Finally found a local who knew it had changed name and offered ride back to where it was. Food was excellent for a warung at a rediculous cheap price get this- 3 mains, 2 carlsberg beers, mixed juice and diet coke- 172000... More

We visited this little place many times on our trip three years ago, and now we went to check it out again. We were delighted to see that nothing much had changed, we even were handed a leaflet with basics of Bahasa Indonesia, just like three years ago. The prices are slightly higher than in other cheaper-end places, but pepes... More

This place is delicious. And reasonably priced. We got fries, tomato and cuke salad, soto sayur (or veg noodle soup) and the pepe's ikan fish which was one of the best and most flavorful and gingery we've had in Bali. Large Bintang. Everything was amazing. THe portions are a bit smaller (probably more like normal Indo sizes than many of... More

Warung Ayu in Kalibukbuk is set in the midst of four tiny warungs all offering a similar range of Indonesian and western foods. Always packed with diners, Ayu has friendly staff and quick service. I tried the prawn curry which came with a serving of rice. The curry was filled with prawns in a creamy sauce that was very spicy... More

The first time we visited BU Warung was in August 2010. Lovina was the closet place for a relaxing atmosphere after hiking Mt. Bromo + Kawa Ijen over in Java and we ended up at BU Warung for a great meal. Our second visit was a year later while making a special trip to Lovina from Ubud so we could... More

The food we ordered was very tasty! My wife ordered fish and enjoyed every bite of it. I took a simple nasi goreng, but the seasoning made it a delicious dish. The people running the small restaurant are very kind husband and wife which results in a comfy afmosphere.

We wanted somewhere to sit and enjoy a cheap but fast meal on the go. We stayed over an hour and the total price was 170,000 Rupiah including appetizer, 2 mains, 1 dessert and 3 beers.

About this tummy-loving place... This little warung is run by a couple. It is a really cosy place and friendly people working there. It is quiet there and not rowdy thus you get to dine peacefully. Mostly being patronised by the Dutch and you will notice a stand with all the tourists' messages on it. Rather nice scenery of the... More
