La Crota is a traditional restaurant offering piemontese cuisine at a very reasonable price. The problem is that everything is "almost OK"... Too much grease in pasta sauce, too much salt in the wine-cooked meat, dessert without savor...

I had an "antipasto" and a pasta. Both were just ok. The service was not as friendly as you usually find in Italian restaurants. But they were not really impolite.

After a local recommended, stopped in here for dinner. Really nice food, good wine list served without fuss. The restaurant was full of locals which speaks for itself.
