Such an authentic taverna and seafood experience. I mean when we saw fresh octopus hanging outside on the line we couldn't wait. We got the sea urchin salad, eggplant appetizer, and grilled seafood platter for one to share between my husband and I. We were quite full and satisfied for lunch :)

This place is really nice if you're a fan of fresh fish and typical greek style restaurants. The setting is a small and clean tavern directly at the sea. We had fresh lobster with spagetti which tasted DELICIOUS. personnel is really kind, also for small children! our 21months old son got a warm welcome and had a nice spagetti with... More

Amongst the jet set and tourist restaurants in Myconos island, I can't think of another traditional fish tavern. It is like time has stopped in Markos. The fish is usually fished by the taverns owners, and their fishing boat is docked right in front of the tavern. You can see the small fishers houses. This is not a place to... More

We were happy to finally find an authentic taverna like those in ur memories of previous trips to Greece. The sea food was good and the spot ideal but we paid much more than we would have at an almost Michelin starred restaurant in Saint Malo for smaller portions and less to drink. Mykonos has lost its soul. The prices... More

Travelling for some time we have tried to find good local eating away from the tourist track. This place was fantastic and a must. Arriving you can see the fresh caught octopus hanging on lines in the sun. No time later it's on you plate.....grilled and tender...yum. Talk to the staff and you then find the fisherman responsible for the... More

We have visited the place many times in the past, with most of the times enjoying our meals yet sometimes having issues with the "brutal" service. This year, i have to admit that not only we enjoyed our lunch ( with Excellent fresh fish, fresh salads, mules) but also there was an improvement in service, which is now more friendly... More

This restaurant was also recommended to us. So naturally we wanted to try it for a lunch. From what it seems this place is a bit hit and miss. We ordered calamari. They looked ok in the basket, as did the fries even the lemon wedge looked ok. But that’s where it ends. Sorry to have to report that the... More

Off dirt road, seems lovely and authentic. Fish served with boiled vegetables with zero flavor and way over cooked. Pork steak 80% pure fat. Shrimp in mixed seafood grill pasta were tiny frozen bay shrimp. Appetizer of cheese and bread served with bread that literally seamed like a brick that fell apart in stale or previously frozen or microwaved chunks.... More
