This was a lovely old fashioned tea room which closed at the end of 2015. Such a shame. It is a very lovely Georgian house which is rumoured to be sold for development into flats.

We were a party of 10 celebrating twins 60th birthday. The food and service was excellent and very reasonably priced. Would certainly recommend it.
We love the Georgian Tea rooms fantastic for breakfast and afternoon tea. The staff are friendly and service is excellent. Unfortunately the premises have been sold and it is not re-opening.

I went here for breakfast with a friend. The interior is quaint and welcoming. We sat by the lovely open fire which was lovely. Good bacon sarnie, coffees and tea cake. Staff were friendly and polite. I would return.

Visited Topsham specifically for cream tea and it was amazing. The scones, clotted cream and jam were just divine. Tea was also great, and the cups it came in were adorable. Really great atmosphere. Highly recommended.
