Had a fantastic and much needed hearty breakfast here after a great night out on the town. I'm a big fan of perfectly cooked poached eggs and the cooks here did not disappoint. Great service, food was timely and well prepared even though it was...More

It is open sat am at 8. It was a great time to go with my 4 year old. We shared the breakfast plate along with an americana and a chia latte. Although it certainly is an adult place we had a great time and...More

We liked what we had, but I had just enough to feel full (with a traditional breakfast type plate), but my husband's eggs benedict were not enough food for him at all. Can do better for the price...

Calories don't count right? Wow. Cheesy scoops of hash browns topped with poached eggs. Grape tomatoes in pesto and parmigiana cheese on the side. My only complaint is paying for americano refills.

This place is primarily a breakfast location but offers other options as Flint later in the day. The breakfast manu has very unigue options. The peanut butter hot chocolate was a hit with a friend.

It can get very busy, so come early or come with patience. The eggs benedict was great and they will customize much on the menu if you explain why you prefer it one way over another. The service was average, but the food made up...More

Three of us went to Poached for a brunch on Saturday. The place was busy but not overly crowded. Menu is limited and the food was adequate but what threw me off was that when I asked for a cup of coffee the waitress said...More

My favorite spot in town for breakfast. Friendly, efficient service and great atmosphere. Popular place so be prepared to wait unless you get there at less peak times, earlier on a weekday is best, very busy on weekends. Amazing breakfast platter with croquettes, wonderful maple...More

You can go online and see their menu. They have fruit, eggs, there was a side that was tiny tomato's with a cheese and herb stuff on them (my husband really loved that) So I would suggest that you could find things on the... More
