We walked around the church and came across this food stand. My wife suggested to give it a try and the crepes were prepared very well, soft and sweet. This has to be one of my best street food experience.

Lovely small restaurant with authentic food, a welcoming staff (even my imperfect French) and a view of the plaza. Complimentary and delicious breakfast if staying at the hotel next door.
The staff was very friendly and the food was good too. The portions were pretty sizable so I was unable to finish everything, but would definitely go back to try something else if I'm every back in Quebec!
