We come to Old Quebec at least once a year, and we eat here once or twice every trip. The food and service are great, even though they seem to always be very busy. I've never felt like the waitstaff or bartender is rushed or stressed, and the food is consistently great. And you simply can't beat the location. It's... More

Visited 2 times during our 4 night stay. Loved it. Grab a comfy window booth and watch the snow falling outside. Friendly staff, too!

Had a chance to try this restaurant on our recent visit to Quebec city. Though the restaurant seemed to be full, the staff was able to accommodate us in a cosy corner. The food is not very expensive but very delicious. We were left wondering why we did not try this place earlier. Anyway, happy to recommend.

always seems to be jammed and the bar is terrific--they have a back side bar spot head there to get away from the congested front door area. bartenders and servers are very good and very pleasant. great location

The place is good for a drink or spend the evening with food and wine. Enjoyed the food, good quality and the service was great. Would recommend, be it couples, friends or family.

Unless you're ordering beer, the bar here isn't a good deal. But the kitchen - which is fairly pricey - earns every penny they charge. The pork chop was thick, juicy and flavorful. Salads were fresh and crispy. And the maple creme broulee was terrific. This was one of the few times nobody in our group had a single complaint... More

My wife and I stopped in here a couple of times this past December while staying in the Old City. Located across the street from one of the Christmas Bazaars, this was a fantastic place to stop. The food is not just pub food. Sure they have fish and chips, which are excellent, but they also serve lamb on ciabatta... More

We were with some colleagues. Ambiente is quite good. Food was okay mainly burgers. Pasta as well. Nachos quite good but way too much. Service guy was a bit puzzled.
