First of all, our server was excellent. The was way over priced for what we got. A below par duck confit Poutine with old cheese curd. This is obviously a franchise similar to Boston Pizza which strives for revenue over taste buds.

This restaurant is at the Quebec city cruise port. It is on the Petit Champlain promenade. Good food but not very expensive. During the weekend you have to wait in a long line. You can park your car at the meters on the street.
