L'atelier is awesome! Beautiful people, beautiful place, good music and the best is that on Tuesday ladies have 50% off drinks which is really great! I totally recommend it!

Stopped for lunch here on the way back into vieux Quebec from the Plains of Abraham. The tartare (in my case salmon in lobster oil) was excellent, and the lunchtime menu formula was very good value. We were able to enjoy the sunshine in the pavement seating, but the interior adds a whole different dimension. I'd assume a great place... More

While on vacation in this wonderful city, we chose this place for a mix of light dinning and drinks. They advertise tartare and cocktails so we took them to task! We ordered a trio of tartare which were excellent, but the best was the bison tartare so we order one full portion of it. We gobble it out and wash... More

The tapas caught our eye. We had a selection of stuffed olives; charcuterie; scallops ceviche; terrine with seedy mustard and a wonderful compote; and smoked salmon. We also shared a house salad. For dessert, I said that what I really needed was a dessert tapas plate. Turns out, they have a plate with small portions of 3 of their desserts.... More

Came here after touring the Citadel, which is very close, and immediately felt welcome by the staff. Each person we met was friendly and helpful. We even had the opportunity to chat a bit and hear about life in Quebec City. Many wines by the glass to choose from and nice light bites. We sat outside under a heater on... More

Just got back form there. Was there with 2 family members, and we stop for a drink and a bite. We tried the chichen burger, smoked salmon, cod croquets and we were not disappointed. Good music, good food, good service. Our waitress was good and goodlooking. Very good service. Thanks AXCNE.

Loved this place so much we came back twice! The food was very tasty.. wine selection was amazing... staff was very friendly, patient (clearly two girls that speak only English isn't the easiest table to have) and attentive. The vibe of the place is amazing.. great outdoor seating area as well as plenty of room inside.. I HIGHLY recommend checking... More

We went to L'atelier on a Saturday night and we were very happy that we reserved a table (for 11). The place was full at 8:45pm. There are 3 levels to this restaurant and walking past the bar up the staircase, past the DJ was an experience by itself. It kind of didn't feel like a restaurant, but in a... More
