Another fantastic restaurant in Old Quebec. Very intimate little restaurant in the lower level. The bottle of wine came with the meal. Excellent value.

New ownership has turned this cute restaurant into an awful experience. Although food is ok, it is far from the quality usually found in the Old city. Service was beyond bad: waiting over an hour between courses- reservations are not held- the owner dressed in a dirty shirt runs around confusing his waiters- bathrooms are filthy- if seeing how a... The food and the enviorement was ok, but the service and the price were terrible. First, there only a waitress to attend in the beginning and the barman arrived late. Finally there were two prices into tree menus. The first price is the lowest and was outside, only to attract clientes. When you come in, they offer the second menu,... More

A la carte prices are average for the old city, but the special is unbeatable: appetizer, soup, main course, dessert, and coffee or tea, plus a bottle of wine for 70 bucks--for two people! And the food is superior. The chef is Tunisian, of all things, but he's lived in Quebec for 30 years. Try it--you won't be sorry.

The restaurant itself isn't much. You could very easily walk past it. But what it lacks in decor it certainly makes up for in service. There was only 2 other couples there so it had a very relaxed atmosphere. The server was friendly and attentive but never hovering over you or rushing you. We had a 6 course meal for... More

This one is hard to review for a few reasons. First, compared to the area this place is very reasonable. 26.00 per person for a full dinner, 70.00 per couple with wine. The menu choices are varied - it is a limited menu but has a range of options. The service is friendly and quick and the atmosphere nice. However... More

My daughter and I decided to try the 6 course meal with bottle of wine for $59.99. It seemed like a bargain, considering we usually buy something in addition to the entree and always a glass or two of wine. The meal didn't disappoint for any course. We eat early, but were surprised it wasn't busier. I encourage visitors to... More

We had neglected to make New Years Eve reservations and it seemed like every restaurant was booked or had high-priced fixed meals for the evening. The exposed stone walls and well-priced meal drew us in, and they were able to accommodate us. What a pleasant surprise! The meal included a delicious bottle of malbec for half the price of the... We remembered this restaurant from a previous visit to Quebec 5 years ago, and were now happy to find it again. They featured a 6-course (okay, well coffee is one of the courses), dinner for two with a bottle of wine for around $60. The food is very good, from the appetizers to the dessert. The warm bread was super,... More
