We were brought here by the many outstanding reviews found online. This sweet little cafe did not disappointment. Gorgeous coffee, pastries, sandwiches and tea. Casual and relaxed, a nice place to take a rest after walking around the city.

I like this little coffee shop. The employees are welcoming and offer a nice quality of coffee. It is located near the market in Rue Saint Paul. The Carre de fruits rouge are delicious as they don't add sugar . Expresso is good service good and price is better than other coffee shops

In my humble opinion, it's often relatively slim pickings on the coffee front in North America. That's why we fell upon Cafe du Soleil like a drowning person grabs a life raft. We didn't eat there so I can't pass judgement on the food but the coffee was good. Served in nice little tulip cups, good temperature, not bitter, not... More

I've never been to a cafe that roasts their own beans right within the seating area. No wonder the coffee is so delicious. The food and service are excellent. There is outside seating weather permitted and seating inside, but very limited. We traveled down the street everyday from our hotel for their lovely coffee and pastries. Simply charming.

We walked by this cafe on a walking tour of old Quebec and the smell as we went past was amazing. After the tour we made our way back there to see if the coffee tasted as good as it smells. I drink my coffee black so it has to be good and it was, really good. The staff were... More

This place has a variety of good sandwiches on a variety of artisan breads. The sandwiches are pre-made but must be daily as they were fresh as if they were just made. A bag of chips and a pellegrino and we had a great, fast, affordable meal that we enjoyed enough to go back the next day. It was also... More

Nice and cozy coffee place, very good lattes. There are a few tables on the sidewalk. Great service.

Excellent service , that makes you feel welcome in a low key setting that attracts locals . Coffee expertly made as well as brewing ware and pastries all at reasonable prices. Just another reason to drink more coffee.

I loved getting my morning latte from this place everyday. I found that even though it's not on the menu most places do have soy milk if you ask. So, great for vegan who want their morning coffee!

Spotted this cafe earlier in the day and could smell the aroma... We weren't disappointed on our return later. Enjoyed Great coffee and delicious canard baguette while sitting on the street. We'll return!
