I come here every Montreal visit. The steak and fries and tortellini were great as usual. It's a Montreal staple.

I went with my family for the supper on a Sunday around 2.30pm. The kitchen opens at 3 pm only, so we've decided to order some drinks before the kitchen opens. Nobody came to take our order. I have asked several times the consierge when...More

For an Al Fresco dinner, try Cafe Cherrier in the latin quarter in Montreal. The service and atmosphere is great. Ask for Jacque...he is friendly and likes Americans. The food is good and at a good price for Montreal.

The feel of a real neighbourhood hangout. Not a huge menu but a lot of the usual bistro classics. Nice terrace overlooking the neighbouring park. Don't expect English menus or fluently bilingual servers. Cafe Cherrier is not geared to tourists, it is geared to locals....More
