My fourth time here and never disappointed. This time we tried the chicken kebob and beef kebob. They were perfect. We also took the chana samosa and loved it. The prices are descent and this place is always busy. Best thing to do is call in your order and go pick up.

I came here at 4:30 on a Sunday night, and it was starting to get busy. We ordered our food, and the people who came in later than us actually got their food before us. HOWEVER, best Indian/Pakistani food ever. Real chicken chunks, great sauces, the varied grill platter is my absolute favourite, and everything else is just awesome. Service... More

This is one of the best Pakistani restaurants in Montreal. The food is EXCELLENT in all aspects and is Extremely cheap. You can easily have a full meal for $10-$15 per person. Service is sometimes slow if it is crowded but everything else is Excellent and I highly recommend it!

Let's be honest, Sana is not the restaurant with the best ambiance, but the food really is good.....I have been there several times, and have never been disappointed....it's best if you order take out, and eat in the comfort of your home.....try their channel Sammosa...it's delicious.

An Indian friend recommended I try Sana for an authentic Indian/Pakistani dining experience. I've eaten at several Indian restaurants in Montreal and can honestly say that this one takes the cake! Expect a "sketchy" exterior/interior, with the kindest service, and most outstanding food! We ordered two samosas, two soft drinks, butter chicken, alou gobi, 3 naans, and a side salad... More

this place is for Butter Chicken enthusiasts.....I love tasting butter chicken around the world and there's one other place in the west island where it's really good too...but my favorite in the world is Sanaa's....because they do it in a very different way than other......

Staying in Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension

Neighbourhood Profile
Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension
The most ethnically diverse of all of Montreal's neighbourhoods, Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension (or, Parc-Ex) stands at the city's centre, a hub for rail and metro traffic. Starting at the old station where the Canadian Pacific used to disembark, the brick-and-mortar surroundings of Parc-Ex have a homey feel, with leafy lawns and bicycle lanes seamlessly incorporated into the landscape. With prominent Greek and Spanish communities, Greektown includes the tastiest stops for brochettes and shawarma, and local bars entertain an excitable soccer fanbase. Jerry Park and Stade Uniprix stand ready for sports diehards to enjoy a game, while the the Complexe Environnemental Saint-Michel and Le Taz skate parks invite athletes to train and compete. Though built for the active and best by day, Cirque du Soleil, the TOHU center for arts, and the Le Boulevard shopping centre offer diversions for those who wish to stay late.
