Had my friend take me to this Montreal iconic location, and it was awesome to see all the fresh bagel just out of the oven and ready to eat. Bought a 6 pack to go. Wish I could eat these everday.

I was expecting more after all of the hype about these bagels. They were good but nothing special. They were soft and fresh.

Good bagels, better if its hot and fresh from the oven. You have to add to it to your Montreal list of must try. We tried the sesame, cinnamon and multi seed bagel all good.

We spent about $20 round trip on a taxi going to St Viateur's for bagels because we'd heard they were unbelievable. Total waste of time and money. I tried three different kinds (didn't finish any of them) and still can't figure out what people see...More

The reason why everybody says to go here is because they make bagels so fresh, you eat them warm out of the oven. I personally like salt in my bread dough, so this was not to my tasting. But you go for the experience –...More

This is a neat experience, based on its location, being able to see them make the bagels, and the great tasting bagels at a great price (less than $1/each). They even threw in a couple of extra bagels, just out of kindness. Too bad there...More
