Sorry guys. First time I felt like this. Not really baby friendly. Waiters (only men) were kind though.

We found the staff rather unfriendly on reception, the service at the table was good. The food was of a fast-food quality, prices were high for this type of food. Our negative impression of the restaurant was crowned when the staff started vacuuming the floors 20 minutes before closing time, while the guests were still eating their food !! We... More

I found the staff friendly and helpful and the food was given in a large portion at a fairly reasonable price. Would recommend.

Always a good choice, but remember to bring your own wine because they don't sell any. No corkage fee. Well prepared basic Greek food. And they will accommodate special requests, like no rice or potatoes but more salad.

This place was ok. Seemed busy. Found out after the fact that you can bring your own alcohol, but can't order from the restaurant. It also ended up being kind of expensive. By the time you add on a Greek salad and dessert it ends up being an expensive place to eat.

Stay away from this restaurant very rude, no class and if you are making a reservation and once at the restaurant, they will not even have your name on the list. So you lost your table this happened too me 2 times. No proper customer support.

The VD charges $7.00 to share a plate. WHY? The portions they serve are large, But there's no way that us Seniors can eat that much. So my wife and I always share a plate where ever we go. News Flash = stomachs of Seniors shrink as we get older. Why punish us with an extra charge? Maybe the extra... More

This restaurant of the Au Vieux Duluth chain (which was a Nickles before) delivers of good food with a nice atmosphere at a good prize. The staff are courteous and will make your evening enjoyable. It's to be noted that this restaurant is near retirement buildings and that a lot of elderly people eat there. The service remains top notch... More

Staying in Olympic Park & Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa)

Neighbourhood Profile
Olympic Park & Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa)
Named for the Olympic Stadium complexes built for the 1976 games, the Olympic Park and the surrounding neighbourhood of Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa) make up an invigorated area dedicated to "Space for Life." Around the Olympic Village's arenas and stadiums, Rue Sherbrooke welcomes exploration of its sculpture gardens decorated in the works of Jean-Paul Riopelle and its museum culture headed by the historical Château Dufresne. Maisonneuve Park offers interactive experiences at its bio-dome, insectarium, planetarium, and botanical gardens. For a change of scene, the gentrified space along Rue Ontario Est is packed with the city's newest, edgiest cafes, where an imaginative, youthful crowd sips foamy cappuccinos. A visit here is incomplete without stepping into the vast halls of the Maisonneuve Market, with flower stalls, wine depots, and local produce.
