One of the best persian food I have ever had! The filet mignon is a master piece, very well marinated and perfectly grilled. One of the best kashk bademjan ( eggplant) served in town ! I have been to 4 or 5 Persian restaurent though Parisa is my favorite. Interior design is ok, not a fancy resto. Staff changes from... More

Although some interesting "Persian" flavors to the meals, lots of overlap with common Middle-Eastern and Continental dishes (Creme brule for dessert anyone?). Although food decent, not particularly tasty, eg. Fairly ordinary rice and simple mesclun salad with each platter, and it was quite pricey for modest portion sizes. Also very noisy and difficult to chat with dinIng mates at times.

We visit the Parisa often as this is one of our favorite restaurants and we have never been disappointed. Payam the chief is a genius! His presentation is a thing of beauty and his Persian/middle-eastern creativity is to be envied. On our last visit we decided on two entrees - the house soup “Ash e Reshteh” I crave this soup... We're two couples. Made a reservation for the 6:00 seating, but got there early. We were welcomed to sit at our table, given our menu, and the waitress opened our wine. The menu was interesting, and I opted for the chicken brochette (I know, boring huh). But, it was anything but. It was marinated, tasted delicious and was very tender.... More

I really like this place, we sometimes go as a couple, sometimes with our young children, and we are always served efficiently. The waitresses are always very nice and quick, and the food is always very good, served warm, and the quality is consistent. Portions are generous, and everything is well seasoned. The house soup and Koobideh are delicious, as... More

A bit out of the way, but well worth the trip. Although it is easy to miss the restaurant as it blends in with the buildings, it is a find. Good selection of middle-eastern foods with a Persian flavour. All come with a very light rice and vegetables. The beef, chicken or lamb are all excellent

Parisa may not look like much on the outside but once you enter, you should have a wonderful dining experience. Service was courteous, and the food quality was top notch. The rice that is served with the main meal is the best I've ever had anywhere! One cannot go wrong having a meal at Parisa.

We came upon Parisa one day while walking through Verdun looking for a meal. Little did we know that we were about to have one of the best meals we've ever had in the city. The soup and the mushroom-pomegranate appetizer alone made it worthwhile, but the entrees were all spectacular as well. Came back with some friends from out... More

I'm a regular at Parisa because the food is great. Simple authentic cozy unpretentious and great food. Soup and mushroom entrée are the must haves and veggie friendly main meals. Highly recommended Mtl restaurant for Verdunites as well as nuns islanders.
