We had the tasting menu - just remarkable. Every dish was beautifully presented and memorable. Beef tartare and falafels a particular high light. The waiter was attentive and helpful in describing dishes, choosing wine and understanding the origins of the food. Just go!

Super attentive staff, awesome food that makes you travel the world. Not cheap, but worth every penny. Try the degustation menu (there is also a cheaper vegetarian version of it)

Damas, an upscale Syrian restaurant located on Avenue Van Horne. You will be charmed by the Oriental decor and most impressed by their refined and rich cuisine. This modern but authentic gastronomy will make your mouth water with all their specialties starting from the fattouche, the appetizing mouth-melting lamb leg to the cherry kebab. The blend of aromas and the tasting of the delicious preparations will make the experience worthwhile.
