Fantastic food and cocktails. Great place for a sit down meal with delicious drinks. Small menu, which is perfect because they master those meals.

We probably did not do this restaurant justice. We went on a Saturday night for dinner and it was very crowded and extremely noisy. Had trouble hearing the waiter and ourselves. Near a college, should have known better. Corn fritters were very good but the...More

Between the three of us, we had the beet salad, pork curry sandwich, and the fish ploughmans. There were no complaints whatsoever. We would highly recommend this restaurant.

We ordered the devilled eggs to start. They were the only thing we didn't like. The filling tasted like it was just globs of butter. Cocktails were good. Then we had the Cornish game hen for two. It was very tasty. We ended with the...More

Met a high school friend I hadn't seen for 45 years here for Wednesday lunch. Found the elegant old-style decor welcoming and the service warmly professional. After a delicious cream soup, my slow-cooked pork arrived, bedecked with carmelized onions and red cabbage --a succulent blend...More

Crowded at 2 p.m. and we had to wait for a table about 10 min. sitting at the bar. Delicious food, good service. I sincerely recommend this place.

Friends and I stopped here for drinks while we were exploring Montreal. We had a big group and sat at the bar. Our bartender, Pascal, was amazing! The drinks were intricate but delicious, and he even let some of us help shake them up. He...More

Featuring a plethora of interesting 1920s-inspired design details, the Dominion Square Tavern is a cut above your average downtown eatery. Enjoy simple classic fare such as mussels and fries or a pulled pork sandwich in a warm, inviting atmosphere. Top it off with a sinful serving of sticky toffee pudding. Newly reopened, the tavern is already a huge hit with the downtown professional crowd. A full bar, cocktails, wine and beers awaits.
