Sad to inform that this excellent Greek restaurant has shut down. We had never experienced a bad meal there and this really saddens me. I do hope they reopen.More

Thank you for your interest. We are happy to note that Tasso bar à mezze's head chef and maitre d' now opened a restaurant called Ikanos in old Montreal where they serve a similar style cuisine. Fish and seafood specialties served in small sharing plates....More

We had a great meal and experience here. It is located on Rue St Denis which is a great spot! I just thought it was pricey for the amount of food you get. It is tapas style so you need at least 4 plates for...More

Incredible greek tapas style restaurant. All dishes are delicious and a lot of fun to share with friends. The service is always friendly and professional. Best octopus I've ever had.

Not knowing what to expect, we were happily surprised. The owner is very hands-on and guided us perfectly, from the wine to advising us how many mezze's we should order. The shrimps, scallops, different dips, saganiki and sword fish, where prepared very uniquely and were...More

We were in Montreal for an afternoon so my wife made a reservation at this restaurant. I am not a big fan of Greek food, we live in Greek Town in Toronto and I find 90% of the places pretty dull. We arrived at 1230pm...More

A nice treat from time to time . . . it feels like a fancy bar with pricey alcohol but good appetizers. Interesting to get full from a set of appetizers, the diversity is lovely. I'm not sure each appetizer is worth $10 but if...More

Greek cuisine with a modern twist. Mezzes are like tapas. We had the discovery menu with the whole fish at the end. Every mezze was perfectly executed and tasty. Best shrimps I ever had. A bit pricy but worth every penny...

At Tasso only real Greek gastronomy is served and dishes are carefully prepared with quality products by 2 brothers who are the owners and chefs. Real kitchen mathematicians who love cooking by putting forward some diverse and varied formulas and creating what is known as Mezze (Greek tapas), the specialty of the house. Other specialties include fish, seafood and octopus... you will definitely love it. All this is offered with a wide selection of Greek wines. After you try this restaurant, you will never think of Greek cuisine the same way. For a general idea of the Greek culinary wealth, Tasso also offers a tasting menu!
