This place is NOT cheap, but if you're going for a nice and delicious meal with a local touch, this is the ideal place. My husband and I came here for my birthday, and had the best lobster and the best cod I've ever tasted....More

Walked by this lovely cosy restaurant and made reservations for the next night of our stay. I thought this would be a quaint little restaurant off a side street with few tourists. This is a very loud bar music restaurant which is hard to talk...More

We had a wonderful family dinner on our first night in Montreal. The staff was extraordinarily accommodating and friendly, and the food was terrific. We enjoyed our first Poutine, and every family member loved their meal. We'd heartily recommend this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed this unpretentious basement bar/eatery in Old Montreal. Our meal consisted of a dozen PEI oysters, a shared steak dish and a side of poutine. All delicious. We also enjoyed their inventive and tasty cocktails. Great atmosphere and a friendly server.

I am very fond of this cozy little nook. Staff is friendly, food is fantastic, (homemade desserts are a must) and I LOVE the music.

We went on a visit to Montreal. My sister picked this place out based off of a food and wine recommendation. We thoroughly enjoyed all the good we ordered. It was a bit loud, we went to an earlyish dinner. By the time we left...More

Smaller downstairs space in old Montreal. Cozy and warm feeling with lots of logs and a canoe above the bar. Buzzing and busy. Friendly attentive servers. We were not super hungry, so shared the beet/greens/blue cheese salad and the lobster pasta. Both were very good,...More
