They say this is the number one rated ice cream in the world. I don't know if that is true but they have a great product. Always busy and always good.

As part of the east coast experience, we were told Cows was a must try. The first time we went in, I was a bit concerned with this artificial sugary smell but I think it may be the vanilla used in the waffle cones. Anyway, I ordered a PEI strawberry ice cream in a chocolate dipped waffle cone and it... More

Loved this place. We went everyday we were in PEI. Great flavors, and a rich, creamy ice cream! We especially enjoyed all of their t-shirt designs! Fun place!

The must-try ice cream in PEI. If you miss it here, you will find it in other cities. Unlike Greg's and Death in Venice (my two favourite Toronto ice cream stops), most of the flavours are actually fillings mixed into a very good vanilla. However, I did try their coffee -very good - and one of these mixes, also very... More

After a good seafood meal, finishing off with ice cream from Cows was a real treat. There were may flavors offered and the result was a creamy tasty treat.

This place really does have the most incredible ice cream, each flavor is pretty delicious and there's a huge range of gift ideas and t-shirts if you're looking to take something uniquely PEI back for young children. You can also wander through where the ice cream is made, and see where they store their wheels of cheese.

Yummy! Flavors vary and there are several locations in Nova Scotia and PEI as well as on the ferry in between. A must and cute souvenirs, too.

Love Cows ice cream. It's creamy and absolutely delicious. It's famous on the Island and for good reason. Staff are friendly, lots of flavours...all good. Definitely should be part of your PEI experience.

Great ice cream in many many flavors. Bare bones ordering (you stand in line) and nobody goes away unhappy! Fun "cow" themed merchandise available. Picnic tables outside for eating!

The self guided tour was disappointing because nothing was being prepared during the tour. Ice-cream was good. I thought a little over priced. The store had some neat stuff for purchase.
