Where to begin! Fish and chips are frozen fish pre-breaded and greasy. The chicken pot pie is soup you need a spoon to eat it and the crust is tough and can't be cut. Eggs benedict was awful.

We ate at the Olde Dublin Pub in mid-August. It had just rained (sudden shower) so all the downtown Charlottetown restaurants were packed. The rain had dampened all the outside tables. We got lucky - just 2 of us and minutes before a large # of patrons came in. Quickly seated and order taken. I had fish + chips -... More

Lively crowd and fast efficient service. Oysters were delicious, fresh not too salty and medium sized. Happy hour 4-6. Get there right at four as it fills up fast

A quick lunch in the afternoon. Very much enjoyed the seafood chowder. It was awesome - lots of fish, mussels, seafood, etc. Bacon wrapped scallops were very good too

While seafood is a prominent feature of the menu, it is not the only choice available. Good pub food with Irish classics make this a great place to eat. It is especially busy between 4-6 pm, when the "Little Willie" Malapeque oysters will cost you a dollar each. A great appetizer to freshen your palate for your main course, you... More

We stopped in for after dinner drinks at the pub upstairs twice and had a great time. Friendly servers, lots of seating, and a live east coast band performed. It seemed like there was a mix of locals and tourists in the crowd at this Irish-style pub. If we visit Charlottetown again we'll definitely visit this pub for a local... More

We visited this pub last year and had such a great time that we had to return again this year. The atmosphere is fantastic, the food is simply amazing, and the staff did an excellent job of looking after us (and that's not easy considering the food allergies in our family). Thanks to our server, Carol, for looking after us... More

The pub is two floors up from the sidewalk so prepare for a climb. The inside is decorated in that pub style dark wood. My shepherds pie was very good and my husband enjoyed his smoked meat sandwich. His Guiness was a little watery and flat. The waitress was friendly and the place was clean and attractive.

Came here for an early dinner and pleasantly surprised to find $1 oyster during happy hour. The food was great. The service was quick and were friendly. Very nice rustic looking restaurant.

Old Irish pub, the food and atmosphere were excellent, the seafood bake and herb crusted haddock were so tasty, had some local beer as well. Finished with bread pudding that was to die for, parking is not great in downtown Charlottetown, lots of no parking signs and mostly metered parking if you can find a spot
