I visit this second cup frequently. I like the location because there's lots of seating available (great for studying) and because the baristas are super nice. The location is very convenient (next to the North York subway stop and there's a big sitting area outside. Unfortunately internet connection is horrible (sometimes you can even use it!) and the furniture is... More

Very nice cafe within the shopping centre. Relatively large sit-in area. The staff were friendly and the drinks were good.

My husband and I were passing by on our way to a 24 hr. Coffee place and saw staff getting things ready for the day. I asked her if she was open yet (5:40 am) and she said that they opened at 6:00 am but regular coffee was ready. She served us coffee and a muffin and we were on... More

Can be very romantic. Looking out of the windows, sitting at the bar facing the street to people watch. Great view. Relaxing. Coffee and service was wonderful. Love this place.

I stopped into this shop for a glass of cold iced tea, which is exactly what I got. It was tasty, and face it...in Toronto it's tough to find unsweetened ice tea! Anyway, the tea was good and the food and drink shelves were well stocked with plenty of good stuff. Service was also great, friendly and accommodating. I would... More

They have so many shops here in Toronto downtown. Their coffee is okay, however the dessert selection is very good!

Stopped by here to get a quick espresso and a muffin. I asked for a double espresso. The counter person said, "Do you want a long espresso?" I didn't know what that was, and she simply couldn't explain it. (Apparently it's extra water, but not extra coffee. Live and learn.) I gave up and said, "Whatever." I'm not wild about... More

We popped in here for coffee this morning to warm us up as it was so cold here in Toronto. For the price we felt that McDonalds offered better coffee and better muffins for much less money. But it was OK, coffee tasted good and the muffin tasted good but there is better value out there.
