Just perfekt sushi, we went here two times during our stay in Toronto. The teen's loved it. Try the carlifoniarolls.

Sitting in the shadow of the Rogers Centre. A cosy, friendly restaurant. We eat in, take out is good too. We live just around the corner so it's great to have a fine sushi restaurant so close.

Came for the Interior Design Show at the convention centre, and spent the night at the renaissance hotel where they told us about Mi-Ne. We had the sweetest server, all of the servers were very attentive. The food came quickly and tasted great. We will be back.

Quite small, but everything about it is fantastic. The sushi rolls have a bit less rice around them and more stuff in the middle, which we found really delicious and brought out the flavour. Reasonably priced and friendly service!

This is by far my favourite Japanese restaurant in Toronto. The food here is truly Japanese. Good prices and good quality.

A nice little place just west/south of the rogers centre. Seats about 20 but really good quality food and attentive staff. Nice selection of items and not too over the top with fusion sushi style stuff. Pretty good value and a nice way to end my day.

Great sushi place. Customer service was really good. It is a small and cozy place. Had the small love boat (63 pcs) all the sashimi was good... keep in mind there is no substitutes.

If I could only eat one food for the rest of my life, it'd be sushi. And, coming from Scotland, sushi is (a) rare (b) expensive and (c) decidedly average. So I was delighted to find that Mi-Ne offered really delicious and fast lunch menus. Great value, excellent central location, and without doubt the best sushi I've ever had.

Went for lunch and ordered a Sashimi and Tempura Combo and a whole bunch of rolls. Was great although a few of the rolls, the seaweed was a little chewy.

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
