Had a wonderful Sunday Brunch. Delicious food--buffet style. Lots to choose from. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Had a great time, and would go back again.

We celebrated my mom's birthday this Sunday. What an excellence choice of a place. The food is delicious, the selection is impressive, great service, host is the owner, who also does a bit of stand up comedy and life Yiddish music. Very warm, homey ambience.

For over 30 years, the Free Times Cafe has been a staple on the Toronto roots music scene, with nightly live music showcasing some the best folk and acoustic artists in the city. In addition a diverse menu of Jewish, Middle Eastern, and Canadian dishes, we also serve up daily market-fresh specials, and are famous for the traditional Jewish fish and dairy buffet on Sundays.
