My husband and I popped into Finn's before the Jays game on a weeknight. The service was excellent, and the food was for the most part pretty good. We started with their Signature Blarney Chips - wow! These were awesome. Fresh cooked waffle-cut fries smothered in melted cheese sauce, topped with fresh tomatoes, green onions and jalapenos. Yum! My husband... More

The baked cod was surprisingly tasty and perfectly cooked. Typical pub restaurant decor and ambiance. Good service and reasonably priced. Convenient to many attractions.

We visited this place multiple times over the course of 2.5 weeks in summer 2016. As people who live in London, England, this is a "pub", not a pub. It's a friendly pub-themed restaurant really, and that's no bad thing. You don't get great, friendly service like that in your average real pub. And you certainly don't get buffalo wings... More

Such a great place to have lunch, your not rushed into ordering a drink or something to eat . Great servers and polite. Very decent prices for the down town core . I will and do recommend to take the time and stop in for a bite to eat and a drink.

Our food was very good. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Very family friendly. It's a little on the pricey side given the portions were small but the food was yummy.

As a regular attendee of the Blue Jays this has always been my favourite for a bite to eat and a few pints. Something happened in the off season. Either the manager has lost his marbles and trade the bartenders to Cleveland or he has just no idea how good the bartenders last year were. Last year the place would... More

This is a typical chain pub, but the location is great, especially after the auto show. the place was full but comfortable, the service was quick considering how full it was. The beer selection is great. The food is typical for a chain pub but it was tasty. The layout of this restaurant is very nice and provides great atmosphere.

We love Fiona MacCools in London it's probably one of our favorite spots but this location disappointed. We were early for our reservation by almost 1 hour but they were very helpful in getting us in early. The staff was friendly but slow, the food was ok at best. The Fishermans chowder was very thin compared to the London pub,... More

Late night stop after shutting down the car show. Service was friendly and the food was good. Had the Guinness Burger and really enjoyed it along with a pint of Barking Squirrel.

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
