We read somewhere that the yuzu lemon pie was excellent. So one day when we were in the neighborhood we decided to try it out. We were not disappointed. The pie is really flavourful, you can taste both the lemon and the yuzu very clearly. We would definitely pick up another one when we are in the area.

So much better than the chain options around. Expresso Coffees, The Best Croissants in the area and Several Lunch choices. Sandwiches, Quiches and Salads again superior to anything nearby. Well worth a try!

Oh baby. The macaroons here are to die for. A hidden gem on a side street off of Yonge (south of Eglinton).

I am a 3x/week patron here. Staff is friendly & accommodating. The ones that weren't happy about keeping the tables clean were let go. I really like this place and its non-fussy vibe. Coffees are excellent, pastries in the cold case sometimes don't taste as fresh as they could be but they're still delicious. Pricey, though. The large quiches, which... More

This is actually an excellent French bakery that serves soup and sandwiches. I love their bread, but the rest doesn't do much for me.

Their store hours are between 7 am to 6 pm Mondays through Sundays. I live fairly far from the area and work about 45 minutes to 1 hour away. However, I stop at Eglinton Station to catch the bus to go East. I decided to go about 30 minutes earlier to work in order to get some macarons from La... More

I recently had an opportunity to have macarons at the Lemontree stand located at the St. Lawrence Market in downtown Toronto and it reminded me about this bakery and I felt the urge to share my judgement with you all. I first had macarons at La Bamboche on Valentine's Day 2011, my wife and I stopped by there and bought... More
