Had brunch here and found it to be such a great experience ! The moment we entered the staff were extremely courteous and Alex who helped us was terrific ! He made sure all our needs were met and went above and beyond what we expected. The live omelet station is great too and given a buffet style setup of... More

Our family of 4 went to Arriba for brunch on Family Day and it was very good! Custom omelettes and waffles were excellent. The brunch buffet had all of the expected brunch offerings. Service from our waiter Alex was absolutely top notch! I had been to Arriba before but never for brunch. We are definitely coming back

When you go, ask for Alex and Lee Ann as these two provide extraordinary service within their roles of waiter/waitress. They're great to engage in conversation with have great attitudes. Every morning before work I would drop in for breakfast. The food is fresh and the omelette made-to-order bar is pretty cool. In addition to hotel guests, I recommend Arriba... More

I was here last week for the Winterlicious lunch and as I got there the hostess greeted my friends and I, she was really sweet of asking how we were and such. I asked for the window seats and she didn't hesitate at all and lead us to the table. The food was really good and good service. Definitely will... More

A group of 9 girls had lunch at Arriba today for the Winterlicious lunch and every dish was delicious. Also for a group our size, all the dishes came out together so we can enjoy together. On top of the nice atmosphere, a nice view of the Rogers centre, great food, to bring it over the top was our server... More

The food is always incredible, no matter what meal you come for, and the staff are fabulous!! They are all pleasant and attentive...and go above and beyond regular service. They even make sure you have coffee to go! A big shout... More

After being 'chased' from the over busy food court under the CBC building on Front, I retired to my Renaissance Hotel and its ground floor restaurant. I ordered a chicken Parmesan sandwich and a small carafe of coffee. It was much quieter and far easier to focus on eating my quick mid-day meal. More expensive than the food court experience... Venue, food and service were fantastic. A great breakfast buffet, that offers a selection for everyone. This is in addition to ordering off the menu. Highly recommend!

Staying in Downtown West

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown West
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
