We went in for breakfast and coffee. Sadly the classic breakfast was a huge disappointment! Classic breakfast consist of two eggs and toast for over $5. If you want bacon, they only have turkey bacon and get 3 half slices for additional $2.50! The coffee was weak, surprisingly coming from a coffee house you would expect it to be actually... More

I often drop by for coffee or lunch when I'm around Bloor & Bathurst. That neighbourhood is really busy on the weekend but the place is larger than it looks from the street & you can usually find a place to sit. They have a good selection of tasty choices & are conscientious about food allergies. Also, if you're not... More

I think this location is great. The individual who appeared to be in charge was attentive, personable and polite. The coffee was good. The space is well designed, spacious and had plenty of plugs for devices. I am looking forward to returning.

Do not order a whole sandwich unless you're really hungry. Food is fresh and portions are excellent.

This is on a busy intersection for coffee shops. Three of the four corners have one. I prefer this one. Best coffee, pastries and staff.

This review is really for the Bloor Street East location, but I am assuming that what happens at one location is typical to the chain. The Bloor Street East location is relatively new, so does not have a Trip Advisor listing yet. The one with the listing is the original. Overall, the food is consistent and healthy, something for most... More

This is a nice chill out place if you are looking for a good cup of coffee, food and wifi to chill the afternoon away. We were just bumping around the area and wanted to stop by a place to soend the afternoon. Ordered a juice and hazelnut latte with a cinnamon apply danish. Good food and good coffee...and service... Yes, it is a bit pricey. I have to say that it is better than Starbucks. I'm completely addicted to the Ice Aroma Light!!!

We enjoyed our coffee and cappuccino at Aroma, but I think most things besides the beverages could use some work. The service wasn't great: I was not offered milk for my coffee, and the worker at the cash seemed very bored. The décor inside is nice and my first reaction was that it would be a nice place to come... More

You can always count on Aroma for good food and good coffee. The menu offers a ton of healthy and tasty options - very different from most coffee places that just have pre-made sandwiches wrapped in plastic. A lot of reviewers noted that it's not that clean. I can't say that I have seen it dirty, but this is a... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
