As an avid traveler, this food is equivalent to the best food in Italy! Their fettuccine Venezia, the bruschetta, the mussels and the gnocchi are all amazing! Well priced for what you get portion and quality wise.

First time there since the re-opening. I had the Prosciutto Crusted Salmon, it was delicious! The place was full but the service was good. We did not wait long for our meal. Plenty of available parking close by. Great downtown vibe!More

My husband and I always have an exceptional meal here. Great recipes and quality ingredients. My biggest problem is picking just one entree! I had the sage butter ravioli and raspberry lemonade drink from the bar. I'm drooling as I type this.

Tonight we went to RIB for pizza and wine. It was as it is always, a wonderful experience. Our server was excellent and the service was great!! Rob was out and about among the patrons and that was awesome!!

Servers were good, went through 2. Wine was 30% sold out? Never saw that before. Appetizers were delicious and savoury. Pizzas and kitchen pastas are outstanding. Great place to conduct business, go on a date or catch up with friends.

My partner and I went on a Tuesday evening which is generally a very quiet night. Service was prompt and helpful. I had the chicken saltimbocca and my partner had the gnocchi. Gnocchi was good, but the saltimbocca was truly excellent - the best I...More

Excellent Italian and Italian kissed cooking culled from the owners' family archives and travel jaunts recreated as a well worn, well-loved and heavily textured vintage tavern/trattoria experience where heavy upcyling targets informed and shaped this one-of-a-kind design that's both ancient and modern, edgy and sexy all at once. Curated eclectic soundtrack to accompany an old school sworn menu replete with vintage Italian tavern and home cooked rustic flavours - fresh traditional pastas of Roman, Umbrian and Tuscan tradition, a quality grill offering of top notch beef, lamb, veal, quail, chicken, fish and pork. Part of the historic zone's Durham Social - a multi-chambered emporium housing several intimate and highly popular concepts, keeping company currently with Red Fang Tavern, Durham Hall and the Roma '71 Bar. An awesome and unique find in a Northern Ontario city's downtown!
