Probably our favorite restaurant, and probably the best Indian food in the city. Tasty and generous-sized portions. We've eaten there many times and have never had a bad meal. The service is wonderful! Recommend trying the Onion Bhajis (not on the menu, but you can order them)

The only complaint I have that this restaurant is too small and coming to dinner to be told that the waiting time well over an hour, leaves you disappointed.

We came here for the lunch buffet ,when our regular place was closed for a private event. We were not disappointed. The buffet had quite a few choices, including vegetarian. The nan bread was fresh baked and better than other places we've tried. The quality of the food was great ...no complaints. This is a stereotypical hole in the wall restaurant,... More

I must say this is the best Indian restaurant I've been to in town. The butter chicken, lamb vindaloo, and garlic naan are on point! It's a small location that can sit about 18 customers so try to make it there early!

Small restaurant that makes an extraordinary Tandoori chicken. Naan, pakora also specular. Service is very nice, although somewhat disorganized. A must try if you enjoy Indian food.

This restaurant is like it's name, a little place (around 10 tables or so) but the food is fantastic. Have been going there for years (over 10) and have enjoyed each and every visit. The chef or owner is a nice man ( and had been featured in the Ottawa Citizen newspaper) and he told us that he did not... More

This is a tiny little restaurant hidden off of Carling but it's hard to find a seat if you're not there early. The lunch buffet is excellent and affordable (staples include aloo goby, butter chicken, saag paneer, and tandoori chicken, among others) and the naan is made there and served fresh. The dinner is more expensive but even better than... More

I love indian food, love trying new restaurants, and even more so if they are little authentic eateries. There was quite a wait to get in, which makes sense as there are only 30 seats. I figured that this was evidence of the popularity of the delicious food. When we were allowed into the restaurant, four of us were seated... More
