What a fabulous place. Lovely dining room. Sensational staff. Great menu and food preparation. Six of us each had a different meal. Maybe this is the best place for dinner in the area.

Stopped here for lunch after visiting Gretzky Estates Vineyard. Service and food were wonderful. Menu is limited and unique.

My husband and I are here in Niagara Falls for our anniversary. Our first stop is Trius Winery. What a beautiful place. Our server was a very nice, knowledgeable young lady. She recommended some great choices. We did not eat here but the menu looked...More

This was an absolutely wonderful experience. The wine was great (especially the ice wine) and the food was out-of-this-world. We tried several different appetizers and desserts amongst the group that was there and they were all delicious. We especially tried everything with peaches since they...More

We only had three hours in Canada, wanted to visit the Gretzky winery next door and get a bite to eat. We were directed to Trius and told the only thing available was brunch. That was fine with us since there weren't many people in...More

For over twenty years, my wife and I have been making a point of attending either the annual jazz festival (mid-July) or, more recently, the blues and rock event (mid-August) at Trius Winery (formerly known as Hillebrand), owned by the wine conglomerate, Peller. For all...More

This location and setting of the property overall is beautiful. We found the service at the beginning was friendly and helpful. I guess, it was a " Sell, Sell, Sell " approach. After the server took our order, she disappeared. During the one hour dinning...More

We dined here before a play and sat outside. It is a pretty setting. The inside has lovely décor, but there were not guests inside yet so we chose to go out. The food was good and the wine choices, while only this winery's, were...More

Hi, having visited the restaurant only twice... they have different areas for a group that size, although, this late in the wedding season I would expect they would be all booked out. Great place to be!

Description
Hillebrand Winery Restaurant celebrates the relationship between our land, our people, our wines and our food. Chef Frank Dodd showcases locally inspired cuisine made with ingredients from the bounty of Niagara Wine Country, and Winemaker Craig McDonald pairs them with wines made from grapes that grow in the same soil. Extend your stay in Wine Country, and allow us to arrange a private tasting in our Collector's Boutique or another Winery Experience prior to your meal.
