We stumbled into this spot by accident. We went for a drink and stayed for dinner. Excellent serice, super food and the most interesting interior of a building I have seen in quite some time. Well worth a visiteven if you don't dine.

i have seen patrons dressed up and patrons in shorts so I would say no.
