Dropped in praying there would be a table open. Hostess found me wandering and helped me find the last table in the place. Waitress was great and good was fast and hot. Will definitely be back!! Great atmosphere and food.

Love visiting this restaurant, full of character, like many places in Kingston. Food is good and specials are recommended; there are lots of beer choices and the helpful, smiling staff ensure an enjoyable experience. This pub always seems to be bustling with interesting people - a wee bit noisy but invigorating. I will return often.

Went there after work for wings and Guinness. There was a good deal on Wednesday for mid week eats. Fun place, typical Kingston pub, reasonable food. Well worth going back to.

Pub atmosphere with great food. Cozy seating. Good service and prices are average. Recommend the fish and chips on Fridays.

The salmon is delicious and the atmosphere is intriguing. Thinking back to when our first PM was alive

Great people friendly service. Best wings i always get suicide loads of flavor not just a vinegar burn. Big meaty wings and$5 pints on Sundays. This place rocks!

The Iron Due is on Wellington Street, Kingston so it’s solidly within Kingston’s Golden Cutlery Circle, which is my name for the fab collection of top fooderies in Kingston’s downtown which includes, among others, Olivea, Chez Piggy, Tango Nuevo, Aqua Terra, and Apsara Angkor. I include The Iron Duke in my Golden Cutlery Circle because the food is innovative and... More

Good food, reasonable prices. Great atmosphere in the pub, cozy place to grab a pint or quick bite. Fairly attentive staff. Pub is in great location downtown, easy walking distance to the water or city square.
