Very nice fresh baked bread, pizzas and sandwiches. Good for a quick lunch when you are downtown. A little bit pricey for what you get. Unfortunately they don't have a lot of seating, but you can sit out in the area where the information centre is as they have a few tables out there.

Pane Fresco has the best fresh bread in Burlington. Their breads are also sold at local Fortinos grocery stores, however not as good as the breads made fresh at their home location.

Pizza here is great -- several interesting choices of toppings, made in a real wood-burning oven. Cafe setting inside (thus a bit noisy), and a good-size, sunny, outdoor patio (alongside Locust St.). But the real deal here is the Classic breakfast -- eggs, thick-cut maple bacon, roasted asparagus, home fries, a couple of slices of a toasted baguette, and some... More

We enjoy eating here whenever we are downtown. The food is all exceptional - we've had the pizza, canoli, breakfast, danishes, cappuccino and my favourite is the meatball sub on Thursdays. Everything is homemade and delicious. But as with all quality food - expect to pay for it, but trust me, it's worth it. Our children love it too. I... More

Outstanding breads and buns. Also available at the various Fortinos groceries in the city - try the sourdough for sure!

My wife and I enjoy having breakfast here. We get the "Classic", which really is an amazingly crafted breakfast with eggs done the way you like them, baguette toast, asparagus (really yummy touch), home fries that are a blend of a few types of potatoes including sweet potatoes and fresh fruit. There's nothing "run-of-the-mill" about this breakfast. The coffee is... More

We go for lunch and love the soup and breads. Always fresh and flavourful. Their desserts look great, but I haven't tried them myself.

The spot is great for meeting and enjoying the Burlington Downtown shoreline. Close to the lake, and all the shopping on Brant Street, it is a nice place to go for breakfast lunch or other! The food is fresh, healthy and always a treat. I like to sit outside in the nice weather!
